脑动脉在解剖教学中历来是一重点和难点,常规教学标本是在动脉灌注乳胶后剥离轨脑膜,适当解剖而露之。或辅以脑血管模型,学员学习时较难建立共整体观和立体感,故我们设计制作了一套脑动脉组合标本,介绍如下:(1)制作脑动脉温标本:选取动脉内灌有乳胶的脑标本,剥离软脑膜,显示基底动脉环及大脑前、中、后动脉和其它相应的分支,并剖露出豆纹动脉等中央支。(2)制作脑动脉铸型标本:选取新鲜成人头颅标本,应用不同浓度的ABS醋酸乙醇溶液行双侧颈内动脉和推动脉灌注,腐蚀制成脑动脉树完整铸型标本。(3)分离脑动脉树铸型:于基底动脉环处仔细分离脑动脉树铸型,使之形成左、右大脑前、中、后动脉树铸型标本。(4)封装;用有机玻璃对标本实施配套封装。10%福尔马林溶液固定。注意①脑动脉温标本单独封装。②整体脑动脉树铸型单独封装。③铸型组合标本;将分离开的大脑前、中、后动脉铸型标本左、右对称地顺序封装。大脑前动脉铸型居前,大脑中动脉铸型居中,并靠外侧,大脑后动脉铸型居后,中间加~隔板防止交织,且每侧保持大脑前、中、后动脉树的空间立体位置关系:体会:该套组合标本,彼此弥补其不足,湿标本剖露了脑动脉的原江,整体铸型标本显示了脑动脉树的全貌,铸型组合标本突出了
