随着载人航天事业的不断深入,失重对航天员的生理影响,尤其是对心血管系统影响的研究也日趋深入。航天医学实践证明,航天员长期处在失重环境中,重力的缺失将会引起人体生理功能的显著变化,其中心血管功能失调最为常见。随着各国深空探测的不断实施,失重对心血管系统的研究显得越来越重要。本文就近年来失重或模拟失重对血管内皮细胞的结构和功能影响做一综述。
With the deepening of the manned space program, the physiological impact of weightlessness on astronauts, especially on the cardiovascular system, has also deepened. Astronautics medical practice has proved that astronauts in the long-term weightlessness environment, the lack of gravity will cause significant changes in human physiological functions, of which cardiovascular dysfunction is the most common. With the continuous implementation of deep space exploration in various countries, the study of cardiovascular system has become more and more important. This review summarizes the effects of weightlessness or simulated weightlessness on the structure and function of vascular endothelial cells in recent years.
