抗栓中药微量元素检测及临床应用

微量元素的研究,是当前国际上非常活跃的前沿科学领域之一,目前国内已在儿童发育不良、心血管疾病、地方病、职业病、代谢性疾病、消化系、沁尿系及呼吸系等疾病中,发现与微量元素变化有关,但对脑血管疾病与微量元素的关系论述尚少。笔者观察了脑缺血79例,脑缺血患者大多数伴有高血压症,糖尿病、高脂血症、高粘滞血症,在检测其血清生化指标时,同步检测了血清中锌、铜、铁、钙、铬、锰、镁、镉、锶等元素的含量,发现脑缺血者锌明显降低,铜、钙、镁等均无异常,而高脂血者铜明显降低,糖尿病者铬降低。在采用抗栓药物治疗时,为了针对性更强,做了复方丹参、维脑路通、蝮蛇抗栓酶和血塞通等一系列抗栓中药的微量元素铜、铁、锌、铬、钙、镁、锰、镉 The study of trace elements is currently one of the most active frontier scientific fields in the world.
