目的将二次开发技术研制的地理信息系统(geographical information system,GIS)用于登革热个案调查资料管理,提高对调查表中地理信息的应用,为登革热的防控工作提供技术支持。方法利用南方医科大学公共卫生与热带医学院流行病教研室研制的“基于GIS技术的流行病学现场调查分析系统”对广州越秀区2006-2007年46例登革热个案调查信息进行管理。结果 “基于GIS技术的流行病学现场调查分析系统”具有地理信息处理功能和流行病学调查数据管理,能够完成对登革热个案调查资料的管理工作。结论应用具有GIS功能的信息系统可以有效提高对登革热个案调查表信息的管理水平,促进对登革热疫情防控工作的有效开展。
Objective To apply geographic information system (GIS) developed by secondary development technology to the case investigation data management of dengue fever, to improve the application of geographic information in the questionnaire and to provide technical support for the prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods 46 cases of dengue case investigation information in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou from 2006 to 2007 were managed by the “Epidemiology Field Investigation and Analysis System Based on GIS Technology” developed by Department of Epidemiology, School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, Southern Medical University. Results The GIS-based epidemiological on-site investigation and analysis system, with its geographic information processing capabilities and epidemiological survey data management, was able to complete the management of the investigation data of dengue fever cases. Conclusion The application of a GIS-based information system can effectively improve the management of Dengue case questionnaire information and promote the effective prevention and control of dengue fever.
