在转型中国时期,由于市场经济发展和公民社会成长带来的巨大社会变迁,要求我们的社会治理模式必须从传统的统治型治理模式向现代的公共治理模式转变。多元治理主体的构建是治理模式转变的基础。公民参与作为现代社会治理模式中一个重要环节,它为多元治理主体的构建提供了一个制度平台。本文将通过分析厦门PX事件中各方利益主体博弈过程,从公民参与的角度来分析我国多元治理主体的构建。
In the period of transitional China, due to the huge social changes brought about by the development of market economy and the growth of civil society, it is necessary for our social governance mode to shift from the traditional governance mode to the modern mode of public governance. The construction of multiple governance is the basis of the transformation of governance mode. As an important link in the mode of modern social governance, citizen participation provides a system platform for the construction of pluralistic governance. This article will analyze the game process of stakeholder in Xiamen PX event and analyze the construction of our country’s multiple governance from the perspective of citizen participation.
