目的:探索寒性中药和热性中药的病证方药相应规律。方法:在CBM数据库中收集三味寒药(苦参、龙胆、大青叶)和三味热药(肉桂、吴茱萸、胡椒)文献数据,采用基于敏感关键词频数统计的数据分层算法,挖掘与之相关的疾病、证候、症状、汤药规律,这些规律通过一维频次的解释以及二维网络图进行展示。结果:疾病方面:与寒性药和热性药相关的疾病涉及各个系统多种疾病,并无一定规律可循。证候方面:热性药的中医证候以阳虚、寒凝、气滞、血瘀为主;寒性药则以湿热、阴虚、热毒、风热为主。症状方面:热性药相关的症状是以消化系统和神经系统症状为主;寒性药除了消化系统症状外,尚且有皮肤疾病表现。中药方剂方面:中药方剂方面,热性药相关的主要是温里剂和温阳剂,寒性药相关的主要是清热剂、和解剂。结论:文本挖掘技术,结合文献回溯,人工阅读降噪,能够比较客观的总结寒热药性的病证方药相应规律,为进一步阐明中药寒热药性差异的客观性提供探索与参考。
Objective: To explore the corresponding rules of TCM prescriptions for cold and heat TCM. Methods: The literature data of Sanwei cold medicine (Sophora, gentian and daqingye) and Sanwei hot drug (cinnamon, Evodia and pepper) were collected in CBM database. The data stratification algorithm based on frequency statistics of sensitive keywords The related diseases, syndromes, symptoms, decoction rule, these laws through the one-dimensional frequency of interpretation and two-dimensional network diagram display. Results: In the aspect of diseases, the diseases related to cold drugs and thermotolerances involve various diseases of various systems and there is no certain law to follow. In terms of syndromes, the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of thermal medicine mainly include yang deficiency, cold coagulation, qi stagnation and blood stasis; while cold medicine is mainly damp-heat, yin deficiency, heat toxicity and wind-heat. Symptoms: heat-related symptoms of the drug is based on the digestive system and nervous system symptoms; cold drugs in addition to digestive symptoms, there are skin disease manifestations. Chinese medicine prescriptions: Chinese medicine prescriptions, the main hot drug related Wenli and Wen Yang agent, cold medicine is mainly related to the heat agent, reconcile agent. CONCLUSION: The text mining technique, combined with literature review and manual reading noise reduction, can objectively summarize the corresponding rules of prescriptions of prescriptions for cold and heat medicine, and provide an exploration and reference for further elucidating the objectivity of traditional Chinese medicines.
