自2012年国内煤炭市场出现下滑以来,因受到国内外各种因素的影响,煤炭市场持续低位运行,特别是在2014年,煤炭市场甚至倒逼煤炭生产成本,大批煤矿都陷入亏损状态。在煤炭市场严峻的形势下,煤炭企业怎样定位、怎样控制自身成本、有效保持产品煤质、开拓市场、协调安全生产等,研究判断企业内外环境就成为了企业急需解决的问题。
Since the domestic coal market declined in 2012, the coal market has been running at a low level due to various factors at home and abroad. Especially in 2014, the coal market even drove coal production costs and a large number of coal mines were in a loss state. Under the severe situation of coal market, how to position coal enterprises, how to control their own costs, how to effectively maintain product quality, develop new markets, and coordinate production safety have become urgent problems to be solved by enterprises.
