大千世界千变万化,决策目标千差万别。由于决策者的素质、才能和水平不同,因此决策方式方法和艺术水平也会因人而异,因事而异。对同一问题,因空间、时间的变化,尽管是同一位决策者,也会作出不同的决策。总之,领导者决策是在不确定的条件下追求决策的正确性、科学性和可行性。决策的原则是因人制宜、因时制宜、因事制宜、因地制宜,而这些原则都贯穿着模糊思维。特别是在经济全球化、信息社会化的大背景下,更需要以模糊思维提高决策的正确性、科学性和可行性。
The ever-changing world, the decision-making goals vary widely. Because of the quality, ability and level of decision-makers, decision-making methods and artistic level also vary from person to person and vary from one case to another. On the same issue, due to changes in space and time, different decision-makers will be made despite the same decision maker. In short, the leader’s decision-making is in the uncertainty of the pursuit of the correctness of the decision-making, scientific and feasibility.
