本文针对唐山北部地区目前工程存在山皮石供应相对不足、填筑用土少的现状,提出采用集料加工尾料石粉作为新型路基填筑材料,通过对石粉进行筛分遴选、对同种石粉按不同结构层厚填筑路床,碾压不同遍数,对其进行压实度、压沉值、弯沉值测试,将试验数据进行对比研究,对石粉的经济性、适用性进行分析。认为:石粉填筑路基宜采用弯沉值和压沉值双向控制,不推荐使用压实度控制,石粉填筑路基板体性好、施工工艺简单、节约工程成本,符合高等级公路对路基的要求,具有较高的推广价值。
