公务员是重要的人力资源。本文分析了公务员队伍中某些公务员思想素质低,官本位思想等问题存在的原因,并且提出了从思想、培训、学历教育等多方面建立专业化公务员队伍的对策。
Civil servants are important human resources. This paper analyzes the reasons why some civil servants in civil servants have low ideological quality and official standard thought, and puts forward some countermeasures to establish a professional civil servant team from the aspects of ideology, training and academic education.
