文化软实力是一个国家综合国力的重要组成因子,也是国家意识形态安全的主要保障,其作用主要体现在有利于强化核心价值体系和主流意识形态的引导作用,有利于提高我国的国际地位,有利于增强抵御西方文化侵蚀。认识到文化软实力对维护国家意识形态安全的意义是开展相关建设的理论前提。在此基础上,我国提高文化软实力的措施使得传统文化迅速崛起,文化产业高速发展,为维护国家意识形态安全提供了有力保障。
Cultural soft power is an important component of the overall national strength of a country and also the main guarantee for the ideological security of the country.
