思想政治工作是做人的工作,是研究人的思想、行为形成和发展的客观规律的科学,必须坚持以人为本,才能有针对性地做好思想政治工作。随着社会的发展,生活节奏的加快,人们特别是年轻人的思想活动呈现出多样化、复杂化的趋势。在这种情况下,运用心理学知识,遵循心理学规律,进一步加强和改进思想政治工作的方法艺术,开拓和创新思想政治工作思路,能够增强思想政治工作的预见性、针对性、科学性。
Ideological and political work is a man’s work, a science that studies the objective laws of human thinking, behavior formation and development. People must be people-oriented so that ideological and political work can be properly targeted. With the development of society and the accelerating pace of life, the thinking activities of people, especially young people, have shown a trend of diversification and sophistication. Under such circumstances, applying the psychology knowledge, following the laws of psychology, and further strengthening and improving the method art of ideological and political work, exploring and innovating ideological and political work can enhance the predictability, pertinence and scientificity of ideological and political work.
