Objective To investigate the effect of heating pre-impulse method on the incidence of body temperature and chills in patients treated with hemoperfusion and acute drug poisoning. Methods Thirty patients with acute drug poisoning were randomized into two groups randomly. Hemoperfusion preconditioning non-heating group and hemoperfusion preconditioning group were heated in 15 cases. The changes of body temperature during hemoperfusion and the presence or absence of hemorrhage were observed Shiver occurs. Results Hemoperfusion pre-fluid heating group temperature range of change is small, significantly reduce the probability of chills. Conclusion The application of warming preflush can effectively keep the body temperature constant during perfused patients. The probability of chills during treatment is reduced, which plays a very important role in the clinical nursing of hemoperfusion.
