目的对一起食物中毒事故进行调查,为查明原因和采取预防措施提供科学依据。方法采用现场流行病学和卫生学调查方法对一起食物中毒事故进行调查分析。结果共发病7例,首例发病时间为2016年3月28日22:00,潜伏期为9.6 h;末例发病时间为3月29日11:00,潜伏期为16.7 h。最短潜伏期为9 h,最长潜伏期为20.6 h,平均11.1 h。有发热、腹泻症状者占发病总数的100.00%,个别体温高达41℃,大部分发病者便样为黄色稀水样便;有腹痛、头痛症状者均占发病总数的85.71%。发病者最大年龄31岁、最小2岁,均为男性。结论本次事故是一起进食被C1群沙门菌污染的食品(煮花生)引起的食物中毒。
Objective To investigate a food poisoning accident and provide a scientific basis for identifying the cause and taking precautionary measures. Methods An on-site epidemiological and hygiene survey method was used to investigate and analyze a food poisoning accident. Results A total of 7 cases of onset, the first case of onset time at 22:00 on March 28, 2016, the incubation period was 9.6 h; the last case of onset time was March 29 at 11:00, the incubation period was 16.7 h. The shortest incubation period was 9 h and the longest incubation period was 20.6 h with an average of 11.1 h. Fever, diarrhea symptoms accounted for 100.00% of the total number of cases, individual body temperature as high as 41 ℃, most patients were like yellow watery stool; have abdominal pain, headache symptoms accounted for 85.71% of the total number of onset. The maximum age of onset of 31 years old, minimum 2 years old, are men. Conclusion The accident was caused by food poisoning caused by food contaminated with Salmonella C1 group (boiled peanuts).
