探讨雌激素受体(ER)α和β与骨代谢的不同关系。对ERα和β在骨中的表达、骨相关基因的激活、雌激素对ER的调节以及与骨量维持的关系等的差异进行综述。随着骨龄增长和成骨细胞分化,ERα和β表达水平呈不同趋势的变化过程。ERα和β受雌激素的不同调节而激活转录不同的骨相关基因。ERα可能是雌激素骨保护效应上的主要介导者,ERβ可能对ERα存在抑制而又互补的复杂关系。
To investigate the different relationship between estrogen receptor (ER) alpha and beta and bone metabolism. The differences in the expression of ERα and β in bone, the activation of bone related genes, the regulation of estrogen on ER, and the relationship with bone mass maintenance were reviewed. With the increase of bone age and osteoblast differentiation, the expression levels of ERα and β showed different trends. ERα and β are regulated differently by estrogen and activate the transcription of different bone-related genes. ERα may be the main mediator of the protective effect of estrogen on the bone. ERβ may have a complex but complementary relationship with ERα.
