环保标准的日益严格,迫使制浆造纸厂尽可能减少清水用量和废水排放量。制浆造纸厂生产用水的再利用率较高,因此溶解和胶体物质含量较多,这是限制生产用水进一步封闭循环的一个重要因素。针对以旧瓦楞纸板(OCC)和涂布纸为原料的纸厂,探讨了利用各种滑石粉来控制白水中胶黏物的效果,确定了可用来控制白水中有害物质的滑石粉类型。
The increasingly stringent environmental standards, forcing pulp and paper mills as much as possible to reduce the amount of water and waste water emissions. Pulp and paper mill production of water reuse rate is high, so more dissolved and colloidal substances, which is to limit the production of water for further closed loop is an important factor. Aiming at paper mills using old corrugated cardboard (OCC) and coated paper as raw materials, the effect of using various talc to control the stickies in white water was discussed, and the type of talc that can be used to control harmful substances in white water was determined.
