峨山县是滇中革命的摇篮。多年来,峨山县教育局及全县中小学高度重视学校德育工作,树立德育为先的办学思想,积极探索新时期中小学德育工作的有效途径。充分挖掘和整合地方教育资源,紧紧围绕德育工作的相关要求,与时俱进,创造性地开展德育工作,呈现出校园文化建设明显加强,师德师风明显改善,中小学生养成教育成效明显的“三明显”格局。逐步实现校园建设与教育发展相和谐、教师能力与教育需求相和谐、学生发展与学校管理相和谐。较好地突出了德育工作的主动性、针对性和实效性,为全县中小学生成长、成才和中小学生全面实施素质教育奠定了坚实的基础。
