武汉市国税稽查局自1997年成立以来,积极履行稽查职能,强化专案查处力度,严惩税收违法犯罪,三年来在查处大量偷逃骗税案件中,突出惩治重点,共侦办重大税收案件七起,通过司法机关抓捕犯罪嫌疑人9名,已判刑治罪二人,挽回国家经济损失4500万元。通过对税收犯罪的立案、调查取证及审判,在社会上产生了强烈的影响,真正做到打击重点教育一片,有效地促进了依法治税。
Since its establishment in 1997, Wuhan State Taxation Inspection Bureau has actively fulfilled the inspection function, intensified investigations and prosecutions of cases, punished severely the illegal and criminal activities of tax collection. In the past three years, it investigated and punished a large number of cases of tax evasion and fraud by highlighting punishments and handling a total of seven major tax cases. Nine judicial suspects were arrested and arrested by the judiciary, two of whom have been convicted of crimes and the government has saved 45 million yuan of economic losses. Through the filing, investigation, evidence collection and trial of tax crimes, it has had a strong impact on the society and really cracked down on key education and effectively promoted the tax administration according to law.
