档案管理这门学科,有自己的研究领域,有不同于其他学科的规律性。深入研究其规律,并应用现代管理技术和方法,逐步实现档案管理的科学化,以达到更好地为两个文明建设服务的目的,是每个档案工作者的一项义不容辞的任务。因此,从1982年开始,我们就逐步作了这方面的研究,探索档案工作如何推行系统管理,由定性转向定量,由经验上升为科学。我们主要在文书档案的三个方面进行了探索。
Archives management of this discipline, has its own field of study, there are different from other disciplines. It is an unshirkable task for every archivist to thoroughly study its laws and apply modern management techniques and methods to gradually realize the scientific management of archives in order to better serve the two civilizations. Therefore, starting from 1982, we have gradually conducted research in this area to explore how archive management can promote system management, from qualitative to quantitative, and from experience to science. We mainly explore the three aspects of the file.
