近几年来,随着计划生育工作的开展,要求行输卵管结扎术者日益增多;广大医务工作者在长期实践中技术不断提高,力争做到切口小、操作快、受术者痛苦小。但是,农村开展计划生育工作多在冬春两季突击进行,由于任务重、时间紧、技术力量不足和新手多等情况而发生一些手术并发症。为了进一步搞好计划生育工作,保护妇女健康,必须防止各种并发症的发生。本文根据几年来临床所见,就小切口并发症的问题进行分析,并提出预防措施。
In recent years, with the development of family planning work, requiring tubal ligation are increasing; the majority of medical workers in the long-term practice of technology continues to improve, and strive to achieve small incision, fast operation, painful by the surgeon. However, more work on family planning in rural areas took place in winter and spring, with some complications due to heavy workload, tight schedule, lack of technical strength and novice. In order to further improve family planning work and protect the health of women, various complications must be prevented. Based on the clinical findings in recent years, this article analyzes the problems of small incision complications and puts forward preventive measures.
