近年来,社会上针对汉字的繁、简化问题一直争论不休。在这种社会背景之下,作为一线书法教育工作者、新课程的实施者,有责任及时了解汉字发展的新动向,把握学生的思想动态,引导其正确认识与之相关的焦点问题,才能更好地促进学生情感、态度、价值观的发展。因此,书法教师对两所小学的三至六年级1600多名学生进行了问卷调查。调查的主要内容有:认识繁体字的数量、渠道、愿望、难易程度、美观程度、体现民族文化内涵、以及对汉字专家的不同观点的认同度等等,并对调查结果进行了总体的、年级间、校间的分析对比。
