以我国汽车产业缺乏规模经济为切入口,提出了改变当今规模经济的方法--并购重组,并对其模式及改革过程中需注意的问题进行了讨论。
Taking the lack of economies of scale in the automobile industry of our country as an entrance point, this paper proposes a method to change the current scale economy - M & A and reorganization, and discusses the mode and the problems to be noticed in the reform process.
