省委注:省农林厅调查纺各地爱国丰产新纪录,比一般农民单位面积产量高两、三倍,甚至四、五倍以上。若是全省农民都做到这一步,则我省今年农业产量就不是四百万吨,而是八百万吨,甚至一千六百万吨。因此,现在主要问题,是努力推广好的增产经验,开展普遍的爱国增产运动。我省有四千五百个村,十五万个劳动互助组,全省广大农民应当普遍动员起来,千村万组普遍有领导的有计划的有好样子,而又普遍的开展爱国增产运动。省农林厅调查,只有七十五个小组,材料还是不完全的。希望全省各县各区各村配合劳模大会,普遍进行一次调查许选推荐增产最高纪录及其经验的工作。
Provincial Party Committee Note: Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry investigated the new record of patriotic bumper spindles around the country, yielding two or three times or even four or five times more than the average peasant unit area. If all the peasants in our province did this step, the output of agriculture in our province will not be 4 million tons this year, but 8 million tons or even 16 million tons. Therefore, the main issue now is to strive to promote good stimulation experience and carry out a general patriotic and increasing production campaign. There are 4,500 villages and 150,000 work-support groups in our province. The broad masses of peasants in the province should be mobilized in general. The 1,000-million-village groups generally have well-planned plans to lead and they generally carry out patriotic and increasing production campaigns. Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry investigation, only 75 groups, the material is still incomplete. It is hoped that all villages and counties in all districts and counties in the whole province will cooperate with the model workers’ assembly to carry out a general survey of the maximum recommended production increase and its experience.
