目的：探索能快速清除幽门螺旋杆菌（ＨＰ）和较短时间内溃疡病愈合的有效方法。方法：经胃镜证实溃疡病８５例（男性５８例，女性２７例；年龄４９±ｓ９ａ）其中胃溃疡２８例，十二指肠溃疡５１例，复合溃疡６例，均伴ＨＰ阳性。采用阿莫西林５００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，加奥美拉２０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ，共２ｗｋ。停药４ｗｋ后复查。结果：胃溃疡愈合率８６％，十二指肠溃疡愈合率９０％，ＨＰ根治率７４％。副作用轻微。结论：阿莫西林加奥美拉唑治疗的方案确有快速清除ＨＰ及较短时间促进溃疡愈合的作用。
Objective: To explore an effective method to rapidly remove Helicobacter pylori (HP) and cure ulcer disease in a short period of time. Methods: 85 cases of ulcer were confirmed by endoscopy (58 males and 27 females; age 49 ± s9a). Among them, 28 cases were gastric ulcer, 51 cases were duodenal ulcer and 6 cases were complex ulcer. Amoxicillin 500mg, po, tid, plus the United States and Austria 20mg, po, bid, a total of 2wk. After withdrawal 4wk review. Results: The healing rate of gastric ulcer was 86%, the healing rate of duodenal ulcer was 90% and the cure rate of HP was 74%. Slight side effects. Conclusion: Amoxicillin plus omeprazole does have the effect of rapidly clearing HP and accelerating ulcer healing in a short time.
