《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划纲要》已正式公布,中国这艘巨舰开始向新的目标扬帆远航。《纲要》中提出了未来五年我国经济和社会发展的一系列预期目标。透过这些数字,我们可以看到,在新世纪之初中华民族将实现怎样的新跨越。 综合国力可望跻身世界五强 根据第三步发展战略,在新世纪头10年,我国的国内生产总值将在2000年的基础上再翻一番。“十五”期间的经济增长速度预期为年均7％左右。国内生产总值将由现在的8.9万亿元跃上12.5万亿元的高台阶,人均国内生产总值也将由现在的6900元达到9400元。
The “Outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China” has been officially announced. Through these figures, we can see what new breakthrough the Chinese nation will achieve at the beginning of this new century. Comprehensive national strength is expected to rank among the top five in the world According to the third-stage development strategy, in the first decade of the new century, China’s GDP will double in 2000. The economic growth rate during the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” is expected to be about 7% annually. GDP will jump from the current 8.9 trillion yuan to 12.5 trillion yuan high and the per capita GDP will also reach 9,400 yuan from the current 6900 yuan.
