冶金工业部钢铁研究院最近初步试验成功一种高强度预应力扁螺纹钢筋。这种钢筋是热轧中炭矽锰低合金钢制成的,成品表面带有斜筋,扁椭圆形状(见照片),断面面积为50mm~2,在热轧后需要经过油淬火高温回火的调质处理,机械性能平均为:抗张强度(б_0)达到160kg/mm~2,屈服强度(бо_2)在145kg/mm~2上下,延伸率在4.5%左右。从这种钢筋的性能看,它很适合于预应力混凝土使用。由于这种钢筋的研究成功,将给预应力混凝土的发展创造有
Metallurgical Industry Institute of Iron and Steel recently successfully piloted a high-strength prestressed flat thread steel. This steel is made of carbon-manganese-low-carbon steel in hot rolling. The surface of the finished product is obliquely inclined and oblate (see photo). The cross-sectional area is 50mm ~ 2.
