建立了快速、有效鉴别不同厂家生产的甲硝唑片的方法。直接采集样品的近红外漫反射光谱,并进行褶合变换-可视化指纹图谱-相似系数分析,根据相似系数即可鉴别不同厂家的样品。
Established a rapid and effective identification of different manufacturers of metronidazole tablets. The samples were collected directly by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and subjected to convolution transformation-visualized fingerprinting-similarity coefficient analysis. Samples from different manufacturers were identified according to similar coefficients.
