湖南省是我国农业大省,但农机制造业整体水平不高。近日,湖南省农机局王罗方局长指出,“十二五”期间,全省综合机械化水平在2015年将达到70%,2020年将达到90%。争对目前现状,“十二五”期间将通过发展水稻育插秧机械化技术、推广水稻机收技术、发展产地烘干技术、创新保护性耕作技术和服务模式、研发丘陵地区适用机具、创新不同区域水稻生产机械化发展模式和管理机制等手段来保障达成目标。
Hunan Province is a big agricultural province in China, but the overall level of agricultural machinery manufacturing industry is not high.
