报道了自行研制的制备高纯同位素~（１５）Ｎ_２气体的装置和方法。其特点是一次可制备０．５－１０Ｌ间任何量的~（１５）Ｎ_２气体。用该装置，以（１５ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４为原料，得到~（１５）Ｎ_２气体的产率为９６．９％－９８．４％，~（１５）Ｎ_２气体中１５ＮＨ３和１５ＮＯ的含量在１μｇ／Ｌ以下，其纯度能满足生物固氮研究的要求。
A device and a method for preparing high purity isotope ~ (15) N 2 gas have been reported. Its characteristic is that it can prepare any amount of ~ (15) N 2 gas between 0.5-10L at a time. The yield of ~ (15) N_2 gas was 96.9% -98.4% with (15NH4) 2SO4 as feedstock, and the content of 15NH3 and 15NO in ~ (15) N_2 gas was less than 1μg / L , Its purity can meet the requirements of biological nitrogen fixation.
