从国务院房改办获悉,我国当前推行的住房公积金的使用包括三个方面:——首先是个人使用.住房公积金是解决职工住房问题的专项资金,建立住房公积金制度的目的就是让职工运用这笔资金购买、建造和大修理自住房.因此,我国规定住房公积金第一使用顺序是职工购买、建造、大修理自住房.职工除可使用自己名下的住房公积金外,还可使用其配偶和直系亲属的住房公积金.职工购买、建造和修理自住房的贷款额度也是按职工及其配偶和直系亲属住房公积金的总和确定 It is learned from the Housing Reform Office of the State Council that the current implementation of housing provident fund in our country includes three aspects: First, personal use.
