利用唑类有机化合物(4-氨基-4H-1,2,4-三唑)修饰玻碳电极,建立了一种快速测定3-吲哚丁酸(IBA)的电化学分析方法。考察了3-吲哚丁酸(IBA)在裸玻碳电极(GCE)和聚4-氨基-4H-1,2,4-三唑膜(P-ATZ)修饰电极上的电化学行为,结果表明,在0.1 mol/L的磷酸缓冲液(p H=2.0)中,聚4-氨基-4H-1,2,4-三唑膜修饰电极显著提高3-吲哚丁酸的氧化还原峰峰电流,有较好的电化学行为。3-吲哚丁酸在10-3~1 mmol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检测限为3×10-8 mol/L,相关系数为R=0.995,相对标准偏差为6.4%(n=7)。该修饰电极具有较好的灵敏度、稳定性和重现性,用于实际样品测定获得满意的结果。

The modified electrode has good sensitivity, stability and reproducibility, and is used for obtaining satisfactory results in actual sample measurement.
