近年来肺癌发病率和死亡率不断上升,已对人类健康构成极大威胁。本文就E-cadherin及其相关蛋白表达在评价肺癌细胞分化、肿瘤浸润及转移中的生物学意义作一简要介绍。E-cadherin及其相关蛋白可作为预示肺癌进展及患者预后的重要指标之一。
The rising incidence and mortality of lung cancer in recent years have posed a great threat to human health. In this paper, the biological significance of E-cadherin and its related protein expression in the evaluation of lung cancer cell differentiation, tumor invasion and metastasis is briefly introduced. E-cadherin and its related proteins can be used as an indicator of lung cancer progression and prognosis of patients one of the important indicators.
