研究一种以联苯原料,经乙酰化、缩合、水解三步反应制得联苯乙酸的工艺路线。重点研究了第一步乙酰化合成4-乙酰基联苯的实验条件,并采用单因素多水平方法加以工艺优化。以产物4-乙酰基联苯的收率作为考察指标,得到最优条件反应原料联苯与醋酸酐的配比为1:1.1,催化剂的用量为原料用量的2.25倍,反应温度为30℃、反应时间为3小时。最有条件下联苯乙酮的产率达到98.5%,最终产物产率为95.9%。
To study a biphenyl raw materials, acetylation, condensation, hydrolysis of three-step reaction of biphenylacetic acid process. The experimental conditions for the acetylation of 4-acetylbiphenyl in the first step were studied emphatically, and the process optimization was carried out by the single factor and multi-level method. The yield of 4-acetylbiphenyl was taken as the index to get the best reaction conditions. The ratio of biphenyl to acetic anhydride was 1: 1.1, the amount of catalyst was 2.25 times of the starting material, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, The reaction time is 3 hours. Under the most favorable conditions, the yield of diphenylethanone reached 98.5% and the final product yield was 95.9%.
