从存活率和自由基两个方面研究斜纹夜蛾病毒对γ和e的辐射响应。电离辐射在斜纹夜蛾病毒中产生长寿命的自由基,其浓度与辐射剂量成线性关系。存活率与辐射剂量的关系以及存活率与自由基浓度的关系都为“肩型”曲线。拟合存活率与剂量的关系曲线,得斜纹夜蛾病毒为二次击中探测器,研究剂量—自由基—存活率的关系可获得斜纹夜蛾病毒辐射损伤机制的信息以及用ESR方法代替生物方法测定斜纹夜蛾病毒感染力的可能性。
