一、引言在临床医学中,骨髓细胞的分类分析是一项非常繁杂的工作。目前国内大多数医院仍采用原始的“画正字”、“丢扣子”等办法。以“丢扣子”为例,分析检验时,先需对各类骨髓细胞进行分类计数。然后逐类进行分析计算,再将结果填入报告单中。由于在这个过程中需计数的细胞总数目有时上千,细胞种类又有四、五十种,而且每种都需计算其百分比及其他一些比例关系。此法既费时费事,又易出错,效率极低。进口全自动分析仪虽然功能很完善,但价格昂贵,一般医院不敢侈望。所以,研制一种性能比较完善,价格低廉的电子分析仪就成为非常迫切的课题。
