由著名经济学家刘诗白和王永锡、许经勇、杜肯堂教授分别担任主编和副主编,全国十一所高等院校共同编写的《政治经济学教程(社会主义部分)》一书,最近已由四川人民出版社正式出版。相对过去已有的同类著作,该书具有比较突出的特点。 一、充分体现了党的十四大和十四届三中全会关于社会主义市场经济的理论。党的十四大提出了建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标,十四届三中全会的《决定》勾画了新经济体制的基本框架,经济理论有很多重大的实破和创新。该书以党的十四大和十四届三中全会精神为指导,比较系统地体现了社会主义市场经济理论的成果,如公有制经济特别是国有经济的地位,法人财产权、要素市场的特殊地位,资本市场、劳动力市场以及效率优先、兼顾公平的个人收入分配总原则等等。
By the famous economist Liu Shibai and Wang Yongxi, Xu Jingyong, Professor Du Ken Tang served as editor and deputy editor respectively, eleven colleges and universities jointly prepared by the “Political Economy Course (Socialism)” one book, recently by Sichuan People’s Publishing House was officially published. Relative to the past have been similar books, the book has more prominent features. I. Fully Embody the Theory of the 14th National Congress of the CPC and the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee on Socialist Market Economy. The 14th CPC National Congress proposed the goal of establishing a socialist market economic system. The “decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party outlined the basic framework of the new economic system. There are many major realities and innovations in economic theory. Under the guidance of the spirit of the 14th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, this book systematically reflects the achievements of the socialist market economy theory, such as the status of the public-owned economy, especially the state-owned economy, the legal person’s property rights, the special status of the factor market, Capital markets, labor markets and efficiency are prioritized, giving consideration to the general principles of fair personal income distribution and more.
