原发性痛风近年国内发病率逐渐增高,已被临床所重视。但急性期无血清尿酸升高和骨胳无痛风样改变者易被误诊。本文报告8例痛风患者血清尿酸正常及骨胳基本正常,而抗痛风治疗取得良好效果,现报告如下。临床资料本组病例均按风湿及对症治疗效果欠佳而反复发病者。均为男性,年龄58～76岁,病程3月～5年。临床表现:蹠趾关节、踝关节、足背、膝关节突发充血性红斑,局部红、肿,明显压痛,有的伴发
In recent years, the incidence of primary gout gradually increased, has been clinically valued. However, acute serum-free uric acid and bone-free gout-like changes easily misdiagnosed. This article reports 8 cases of gout patients with normal serum uric acid and basic skeleton, while anti-gout treatment achieved good results, are as follows.
