阳光明媚的春日,重庆市劳教戒毒所内。来所参观的执法监督员、劳教亲属张某饱含热泪说:“经过今天现场的耳闻目睹,我觉得戒毒所就是1所军营,1所育人的学校。这里纪律严明,管理有方,娃娃在这里接受教育,我很放心。在这里,对戒毒所全体民警表示由衷的感谢！”这一幕让在场的民警心里倍感欣慰。 重庆市劳教戒毒所在创建现代化文明劳教所过程中,把民警队伍建设放在首要位置,通过近年来扎实工作取得了明显成效。一支作风优良、纪律严明、业务过硬的民警队伍逐步形成,为创建现代化劳教所起到了决定性的作用。
