对电动车铝合金轮毂在砂型重力铸造凝固过程中的温度场和速度场进行数值模拟。运用有限元模拟软件Procast,模拟了电动车轮毂砂型重力铸造过程,研究了不同组成与浇注工艺对温度场和速度场分布的影响规律。结果表明:数值模拟结果反映了材料组成与浇注工艺对温度场和速度场分布的影响规律。
The numerical simulation of the temperature field and the velocity field of electric vehicle aluminum alloy wheel during sand gravity casting solidification process. The finite element simulation software Procast was used to simulate the sand casting process of electric vehicle wheel hub. The influence of different composition and pouring process on the distribution of temperature field and velocity field was studied. The results show that the numerical simulation results reflect the influence of material composition and casting process on the distribution of temperature field and velocity field.
