针对目前贵金属银、铟等的人工浇注的现状,根据现场调研和现代机械设计的前沿技术及理论,设计了一套用于贵金属小锭自动铸型系统。为了实现浇注自动化,并使加工出来金属锭的物规条件符合生产要求,发明了一种用于贵金属自动浇注的,带保温功能容积可调的定量浇注槽。采用这种定量浇注槽的自动铸型系统,灵活有效,方便实用。为贵金属自动铸型系统的开发研制提供了重要参考依据。“,”In light of precious metal ingots artificial casting status,According to the field research and cutting-edge technology of the modern mechanical design and theory,we designed an Automatic mold system for small ingots of precious metals.In order to achieve the pouring automation,and make the processing of small precious metal ingots meet the necessity of the production requirement,we invented a quantitative pouring tank with insulation function volume adjustable for the automatic mold system.Using this quantitative pouring basin mold system,flexible and effective,convenient and practical.For precious metals automatic mold system developed to provide an important reference.
