一条河流任何一个断面上的水位,有涨有落,有高有低,用什么样的方式来表达水位的高低呢?通常水文站都采用一个基本水平面为标准。任何时刻的水面,相对于这个基本水平面的高度,就是该时刻的水位。从这种水位表达方式里可以看出,它涉及到一个基本水平面问题,也就是我们通称的基面问题。
In any section of a river, the water level is up and down, high and low, in what way to express the level of the water level? Normal hydrological stations are using a basic level as a standard. The water level at any moment, relative to this basic level, is the water level at that moment.
