本文研究了剌五加多糖的抗癌及抗突变作用。结果表明,剌五加多糖具有明显的抗癌及抗突变作用,提示在临床上使用抗肿瘤化疗药物时,配合剌五加多糖,可以提高疗效,降低化疗药物的毒副反应。
This article studied the anti-cancer and anti-mutagenic effects of S. chinensis polysaccharides. The results showed that the polysaccharide of Acanthopanax senticosus has obvious anti-cancer and anti-mutagenic effects, suggesting that in the clinical use of anti-tumor chemotherapy drugs, combined with Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides can improve the efficacy and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs.
