内蒙古自治区旗县通油路建设项目共为12个,建设规模为2949公里。其中二级334公里,三级2615公里,总投资30.134亿元,其中国债投资16.5亿元。项目分布在呼伦贝尔市、兴安盟、锡盟、通辽市、赤峰市、鄂尔多斯市、阿盟7个盟市,涉及27个旗县。多数处于偏远旗(市)县和寒冷、干旱缺水地区,地质条件复杂,工程任务艰巨,项目管理跨度大。其中呼伦贝尔市和阿盟建设任务相对较重,分别为1149公里和994公里,占总建设里程的73%。目前,全区所有工程均接近尾声。在草原深处纵横交错的崭新的黑色公路,成为万里北疆的新亮点,将为内蒙古经济发展、民族团结、社会进步增添新的动力。
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region flag County oil pipeline construction projects a total of 12, the construction scale of 2949 kilometers. The project is located in Hulun Buir City, Xing’an League, Ximeng, Tongliao City, Chifeng City, Erdos City, the League of Arab League 7 cities, involving 27 flag counties. Most are in the remote county (city) counties and cold, drought and water shortage areas, complex geological conditions, project arduous task, project management span. Hulunbuir and Arab League construction tasks are relatively heavy, respectively 1149 km and 994 km, accounting for 73% of the total construction mileage. At present, all the projects in the region are coming to a close. The new black highway criss-crossing the depths of the grasslands has become a new bright spot in the northern part of the Wanli region and will add new impetus to the economic development, national unity and social progress of Inner Mongolia.
