国内外的研究表明,硝化抑制剂对氮肥的效果有良好影响,N-Serve(2-氯-6-吡啶)不仅能改善氮肥的利用状况,并且可减少损失,有时会施用过高剂量氮肥的情况下,硝化抑制剂并不能直接增产,但能防止硝酸盐一类有毒物质在农产品中的累积在地下水中出现。有关局部施用氮肥,同时施用硝化抑制剂的问题还没有研究过。本试验目的是通过改善氮肥的利用状况减少氮肥损失,进一步提高氮肥效用。大田微区试验材料为大麦品种莫斯科121和Фаворит,土壤为生草中灰化重壤土,其农化特性如下:腐植质1.6—2.0%;全氮0.10—0.11%;pH4.2—5.0;每100克土 P_2O5含量为6.5—7.0mg,K_2O 为17.O—18.0mg。
