以Cr元素作为耐热钢的主要合金元素,同时添加适量的Al和Si元素,以提高耐热钢的高温抗氧化性能和高温力学性能,试制了一种新型的高碳高铬铁素体型耐热合金55Cr18SiAl,并对该合金模拟实际工况条件产生的热疲劳裂纹进行焊接修复试验研究。结果表明,采用裂纹预处理、裂纹焊接、焊后热处理的工艺方法,选用THA102不锈钢焊条进行手工堆焊修复,经热震试验后获得了良好的热疲劳性能,焊后修复试样基本满足使用要求。
In order to improve the high-temperature oxidation resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties of heat-resisting steel with Cr as the main alloying element of heat-resistant steel and adding appropriate amounts of Al and Si, a new type of high-carbon high-chromium ferrite Heat alloy 55Cr18SiAl, and the experimental study of thermal fatigue cracking caused by the simulated actual working conditions of the alloy was carried out. The results show that the use of crack pretreatment, crack welding, post-weld heat treatment process method, the selection of THA102 stainless steel welding rod for manual welding repair, after thermal shock test obtained good thermal fatigue properties, post-weld repair samples to meet the basic requirements .
