Health Bureaus and Public Security Bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, Health Bureau and Public Security Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: From 2004 to 2007, the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Public Security, and other relevant departments launched special campaigns to crack down on illegal medical practices and illegal collection and supply of blood.
