这几年农村有了很大的改变,特别是城镇化的建设。现在不论是人们的收入水平,还是生活质量方面都有了巨大的进步。百姓的物质生活水平的提高,也就意味着对精神文化和娱乐方面的要求也逐渐在增加和提高,新一代广播电视网络的普及和建设在一定程度上满足了人们的要求。但同时,由于农村不同于其他发达城市,在广播电视网络方面存在很多问题,就这些问题,以及目前的使用现状进行探讨,同时也给出了一些建议,希望对当地政府的决策和领导方面有所帮助。
