按2(Sr0.99,Eu2+ 0.01)O-0.16B2O3-0.84P2O5配料以固相法合成蓝色荧光粉。该荧光粉在还原性气氛中,分别在1100,1150,1200℃和1250℃下进行焙烧。对不同温度下制成的样品进行X射线衍射分析,确定样品的晶体结构及晶相组成。通过测定样品的激发光谱和发射光谱,研究了焙烧温度对荧光粉结构的影响。结果表明:在1200℃下合成的荧光粉Sr6BP5O20为单一相,属四方晶系,P4/mmm空间群,晶胞参数分别为a=0.9794nm; c=0.9516 nm,对应发射谱中478 nm的发射峰;在低于1200℃下合成的荧光粉中含有α-Sr3(PO4)2和α-Sr2P2O7 2个晶相,对应发射谱中420 nm的发射峰。
According to 2 (Sr0.99, Eu2 + 0.01) O-0.16B2O3-0.84P2O5 ingredients in the solid phase synthesis of blue phosphor. The phosphor was calcined in a reducing atmosphere at 1100, 1150, 1200 ° C and 1250 ° C, respectively. X-ray diffraction analysis of samples made at different temperatures to determine the crystal structure and crystalline phase composition of the sample. The influence of calcination temperature on the structure of the phosphor was studied by measuring the excitation and emission spectra of the sample. The results show that the phosphor Sr6BP5O20 synthesized at 1200 ℃ is a single phase and belongs to the tetragonal system and P4 / mmm space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 0.9794nm and c = 0.9516nm, respectively, corresponding to 478 nm. The two phosphors, α-Sr3 (PO4) 2 and α-Sr2P2O7, were synthesized at temperatures below 1200 ℃, corresponding to the emission peak at 420 nm in the emission spectrum.
