采用反转录ＰＣＲ（ＲＴＰＣＲ）法，从分泌特异性抗ＣＤ８单抗的杂交瘤细胞中扩增出该抗体轻、重链可变区（ＶＨ，ＶＬ）基因，并测定了其序列，经计算机分析，ＶＨ和ＶＬ基因均为新发现的基因序列，符合功能重排的鼠抗体可变区基因特征。
The light and heavy chain variable regions (VH and VL) of the antibody were amplified from the hybridoma cells secreting specific anti-CD8 mAb by reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR) According to the computer analysis, the VH and VL genes are newly discovered gene sequences, which are in line with the functional rearrangement of mouse antibody variable region genes.
