[目的]观察67kD层黏连蛋白受体(LN-R)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及相关性。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测89例非小细胞肺癌组织和30例癌旁正常肺组织中的67kD LN-R和MMP-2的表达。[结果]非小细胞肺癌组织中67kD LN-R和MMP-2的阳性表达率均显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.01),非小细胞肺癌组织中67kD LN-R和MMP-2阳性表达率与病理分级、TNM临床分期和淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织中67kD LN-R与MMP-2表达呈正相关(r=0.343,P=0.003)。[结论]67kD LN-R和MMP-2表达增高在非小细胞肺癌发生发展、浸润和转移中具有重要作用。
[Objective] To observe the expression and correlation of 67kD laminin receptor (LN-R) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods] The expressions of 67kD LN-R and MMP-2 in 89 non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 30 adjacent normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rates of 67kD LN-R and MMP-2 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissues (P <0.01). The positive rates of 67kD LN-R and MMP-2 in non-small cell lung cancer Rate and pathological grade, TNM clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of 67kD LN-R and MMP-2 in non-small cell lung cancer (r = 0.343, P = 0.003). [Conclusion] The increased expression of 67kD LN-R and MMP-2 plays an important role in the development, infiltration and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
